Pac's Metabolic class utilizing body weight exercises, free weights, kettlebells, suspension training, medicine balls and other equipment to help the body increase both short and long term metabolic rate. Each class is divided into two separate 60 minute workout sessions that can burn IN EXCESS of 450 calories each!
Pac's METABOLIC Burn Class is a mixture of body weight exercises combined with agility, plyometric and endurance circuits creating a high intensity workout segment for muscle tone, core strength and caloric BURN!
Pac's METABOLIC Strength class is a strength training class designed to BUILD your muscle strength fibers to increase your calorie burning capability . This enables you to burn more calories at rest and more passive periods throughout the day.
Pac's Metabolic classes are part of our fee based programming and takes place in the performance center.
