Class #64 Mind Body Fusion Wednesday 6:30 p.m. (Ingrid)
After a long hard day at work and I was sincerely looking forward to Ingrid Rinck's relaxing Mind Body Fusion class this evening. This class and time slot is ideal for anyone in need of good 40- 50 minute stretching session. This my second MB Fusion class and I found the first class easy to follow and accessible to all ability levels. This class ebbs and flows in regards to size. This evening we're a smaller group and it's great having Ingrid providing us with personalized instruction. We smoothly work through a sequence of Pilates and yoga movements and stretches, including basic poses from each discipline. I especially enjoy her choice of music - a bit more upbeat and pop-oriented than traditional yoga class, yet relaxing at the same time. This is my third class today and it's ideal after some hard endurance cardio sessions. I'm finding it's important to balance my workouts, strategically placing a class like Mind Body Fusion after a harder interval-type training class or perhaps one of our popular Boot Camp sessions. We have several different Group Ex modalities that are complimentary in nature. Ingrid is amazing. As I've noted before, she can easily switch from a high-energy cardio format to a relaxed, focused mind/body practice. She has the exercise leadership gift, spanning the entire spectrum of classes. This evening's class was medicinal! Thank you Ingrid. The PAC gift card winner for this evening's class is Ashley Cuber. Participation Honor Roll: Ashley Cuber (gift card winner) Mary Ann Stierwald Irina Vycho
