Q: What makes imPACt a good program? | | A: imPACt utilizes a "boot camp" style of training with the use of body weight, med balls, kettle bells, bands, suspension training and more to porvide an intense but safe and balanced work out. Four different workouts are provided each week and a new combination of exercises are added every month to provide a diverse and challenging physical stimulus. The first 15 minutes of each class are designed to fully prepare participants for the high intensity challenges that follow. |

Q: Are YOU ready for imPACt? | | A: You are ready imPACt if you have been working out consistently for the past three months with a mix of cardio, strength training and some type of impact exercises. |
