Facility Facts
Located on 15 acres in the heart of Mandeville, this 70,000 square foot multipurpose health & fitness facility has the best, facilities, staff and programs to help you establish a healthy lifestyle. The spaciousness, the cleanliness and the flow of the club all come together to create a relaxing yet stimulating atmosphere.
| Cardio Area | Spacious area equipped with over 70 cardio machines and 65 Weight machines - including Cybex, Hammer Strength, Free Motion, Nautilus and Strive. Each cardio machine has its own 15" flat panel TV. | | Weight Room | Equipped with Olympic weights, Smith machines, Hammer Strength, Body Master and Icarian machines. | | Studio 1 | Over-sized studio equipped with various types of group exercise equipment. | | Spinning Studio | Spacious and inspirational studio with over 30 bikes. | | Mind & Body Studio | Tranquil space used for yoga and pilates.
