| Almost everyone wants to maintain or lose weight. PAC's personal trainers & group exercise instructors have joined forces to bring you a complimentary four-week program of exercise & proactive nutritional advice that will help you get in better shape & achieve your fitness goals. | | | | | WHEN: | Registration: December 26 - January 6 Program: January 9 - February 4 | | | | DETAILS:
| Remember by signing up for the program you have committed to the following: - Increase daily exercise/activity by 10% each week
- Decrease alcohol, sugar and starchy foods by 10% each week
- Take measurements at beginning of program as directed
- Record daily workouts and nutrition
- Attend Orientation, Proactive Nutrition, and E3: Effective, Efficient Exercise workshops
- Attend group workouts and mentor sessions
- Follow up on group workouts and mentor sessions on your own
- Stick with the WLW program for the entire five weeks
