The Y.E.S. (seniors) group is more than an exercise class. The PAC seniors play games, celebrate birthdays, take art classes, play tennis, socialize at organized events and more!

In addition to our services and programs, below is a list of amenities the Pelican Athletic Club provides to its members.

Wireless Internet	Complimentary Wi-Fi for PAC members and guests!
Fresh Coffee	Complimentary coffee available to all members and guests!
Towel Service	Towels are provided free of charge to PAC members and guests. Shower/steam room towels are located in front of the men's and women's locker rooms. Workout towels are provided in the fitness activity areas and GroupEx studios.
Locker Rental	Daily locker use available free of charge. Lockers may be rented for a monthly fee. Contact PAC Concierge (985) 626-3706 ext. 125 for details.
Tanning	Tanning beds are available for anyone 16 years of age or older. Tanning beds are located in the mens and womens locker rooms. Tanning packages available. Reservations made with PAC Concierge (985) 626-3706 ext. 125
