The Pelican Athletic Club personal training program offers unified, consistent exercise programming that emphasizes full body movement training that is more compatible with actual daily living. This training is more effective from a caloric burn standpoint and greatly increases the strength and longevity of muscles and joints. Personal Training is one-on-one (or small group) fitness instruction that is custom designed for participants, based on their individual needs and goals. These fun and challenging workouts are supervised by certified fitness professionals who will encourage you every step of the way, while instructing you on proper form and technique. The Personal Trainers at PAC are among the most qualified in the region. Every Trainer has been certified by a national certifying organization.
