Packages : Meet the Trainers
Meet the Trainers Our trainers have a wealth of experience. Several have worked in physical therapy clinics or athletic training facilities. We are one of the few club's in the metro-New Orleans area that require trainers to be certified by one organization. All are trainers are certified or completing their second certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the only certification in the industry based on physical therapy principles. It emphasizes full body movement training that is time efficient and more compatible with actual human movement. This training is more effective from a caloric burn standpoint, can be adapted to any individual strength, cardiovascular or ability level and greatly increases the longevity of muscles and joints for a long, healthy and active life. | CHARLIE HOOLIHAN, DIRECTOR
