Group Exercise

 

PAC strives to stay on the cutting edge with our group exercise program. More than 90 group exercise classes are offered each week for all fitness levels. We encourage our members to participate in a variety of classes to experience the benefits and safety of cross-training.

Pelican Athletic Club has a large Group Exercise Studio equipped with all of the latest in group exercise props; a spacious and inspiring Spinning Studio with over 30 bikes; a breathtaking Mind & Body Studio with a tranquil water fountain; and a Circuit Training area that combines cardio and strength training equipment. And to bring it all together, PAC has the most motivating and encouraging group fitness instructors on the Northshore.
