AquaciseWork cardio & strength with minimal impact on your joints. This in-the-water class creates a relaxed & non-intimidating atmosphere. Lots of fun! (BF)
B3 BootcampThis class will challenge you with fun ever-changing workouts involving all the "B's" -bands, Bosu, barbells, & balls, to work all the "B's"- biceps, back, and butt! (BF-I)
Body BlastThis new & exciting class is designed in three 20-minute segments of fun and challenging exercises focusing on core strength using pilates moves, cardio and toning. This ever-changing workout will give you the variety you need to stay motivated, challenged and in shape. (BF)
Body PumpThis is a group strength training class set to music using plate-loaded barbells. This 60 min. workout will give you the results you're looking for fast! (BF)
Boot CampThis class will whip you into shape with push ups, crunches, lunges, squats, and jump rope drills...just to name a few. If you want a class that will give you a challenge , try BOOT CAMP! (I)
Cardio Jam/SculptLooking for a cardio class at night? Drills, cardio combinations, kickboxing, push ups...anything to get your heart rate up! Last 20 minutes dedicated to sculpting such as lunges, squats, weights and abs. (BF)
Cardio-SculptThis 55 min, cardiovascular class incorporates the use of the step, body movement, weights and the body bar. This class keeps your heart rate in your training zone and the use of the weights will increase your strength. (BF)
Centered Flow Yoga Level 2This class is designed for the more advanced yogi. This class focuses on the development of core strength, endurance, alignment and flexibility and teaches synchronized breathing with progressive series of postures connected with flowing movements and incorporates more difficult postures such as inversions and backbends. (A)
Circuit Training This total body workout combines cardiovascular, strength, and endurance in one exercise session using a complete STRIVE circuit. This class uses both cardio and weight machines which is specifically designed to reduce joint stress as you build muscle and endurance. (BF)
Friendly Flow YogaThis class is designed to accommodate mixed level students by incorporating various types of yoga styles. This class focuses on the development of core strength, endurance, alignment and flexibility and teaches synchronized breathing with progressive series of postures connected with flowing movements. Gentle YogaThese classes are the perfect way to begin your yoga practice with a solid foundation. The classes introduce postures and breathing techniques that gradually build flexibility and strength. Suitable for those new to yoga.(BF)
Hip Hop HustleTMThis class is a completely pre-designed hip-hop dance class that's easy to follow. Which, by the way, makes it even better because anyone can do the moves and make them their own! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!! Impossible you say? Not for us! (BF)
Killer CoreThe main goal is developing strong abdominal and lower back muscles , a crucial role in good posture. (BF)
Pilates ExpressThis 30-minute workout will strengthen your core while using accessories such as hand weights, bands, balls, etc. (BF)
Pilates SculptThe emphasis is on conditioning the center CORE of your body, your personal POWERHOUSE, from which all other movements radiate including the use of bands, hand weights and balls.  (BF)
PiYoTMDeveloped by Powder Blue Productions, Creators of Turbo KickTM brings you Pilates and Yoga fusion for people who need to do more than stretch! PiYoTM is a unique blend of Pilates, Yoga, Dance Training and Sports Conditioning. It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers progressions to challenge all levels of participants. (BF)
Pure PilatesPilates is a series of controlled movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility, control, balance and fluid of movement. The emphasis is on conditioning the center CORE of your body, your personal POWERHOUSE, from which all other movements radiate. (BF)
Power Flow YogaCombines strength, balance and flexibility in a progressive flow style series of postures. (BF)

Spinning

A cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike set to music. A resistance knob on the bike dictates the intensity of the ride, so each student can ride at their own level. Must sign up at front desk. You may reserve your bike 1 day ahead of time for a $2.00 fee. (BF)

Step Cardio ComboGet a total body workout!! This class offers a little bit of step with hi/lo impact moves and a variety of sculpting exercises using weights, bars and the ball. (BF)
Step-N-CircuitJoin us for a fun and challenging workout that is beginner friendly using the latest step choreography and strive circuit training equipment. (BF)
Super CircuitA 40-minute workout that alternates between cardio (you can choose either simple dance moves or high intensity athletic drills) and weight training! This new class is perfect for men and women! (BF)
"The Spin Journey"The Spin Journey is a mix of spin and yoga . The class begins with a great cardio workout followed by yoga postures that are sport specific to spin. (I)

Y.E.S. Balls & Balance Moving with the ball, stretching on and off the ball and balancing are the main components of this class. (BF)
Y.E.S. YogaThis class focuses on the development of core strength, alignment, balance, flexibility and breathing techniques for the mature adult. *** Chairs are available for those not able to get onto the floor comfortably. (BF)
Yoga-4-AthletesThis class is inviting for all fitness levels and is perfect for anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and athletic performance. Y4A is designed to promote cross training and increase one's sense of "balance in motion". (I)
ZumbaTMThis dance class is a fusion of latin and international music creating a dynamic and exciting workout. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.  (BF)
