Membership Policies Club Access & Membership Cards All members will receive a membership access card when you join from Membership Services. Your membership card must be presented each time you enter the club. The card is for the sole use by the member whose name appears on the card. Replacement cost of a lost, stolen, or destroyed membership card requires a $5.00 replacement fee. Payment Membership dues and club charges are automatically collected by bank draft, American Express, Visa or Mastercard. If you need to change your method of payment or update a credit card a Membership Representative Can assist you. Membership Status To change the status of your membership (Upgrade or Downgrade) see Membership Services. Membership Freeze/Leave Policies A member may freeze his/her membership for a maximum of one year for a medical condition or temporary job transfer. A written statement from a physician or employer is required to verify the request. A member on leave will have their membership automatically terminated if they have not reactivated their membership within one year. There is no monthly fee charged for a medical freeze or temporary job transfer freeze. For a fee of $10.00 per month, a member can also put his or his membership on freeze, without having to meet the medical condition or temporary job transfer requirements. A member may freeze his or her membership for a maximum of six months.
